National LEAD Conference 2023

Welcome to the 2023 National Royal Rangers LEAD Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This exciting and informative event will challenge you to be the leader you have been called to be. You have been divinely selected and sent on a mission to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of boys and young men for Christ!

The Royal Rangers ministry has long been a powerful tool for building boys into Christlike men, and your role is a key factor in the ongoing success of this ministry. My hope is that you will receive inspiration and information that will prepare you for your leadership role in Royal Rangers at this conference. The following information refers to the various amenities included with your hotel reservation as part of the LEAD23 conference. These amenities may not be available for those who booked their room by another means.

MEALS

A complimentary breakfast is provided each morning in the Tulsa Ballroom Foyer from 6:30 am–8:30 am. Lunch will also be provided on Friday from 12:05 pm–1:00 pm. All other meals are on your own. A restaurant and a coffee shop are available on the 2nd floor for your convenience. Hours of operation are available at the front desk.

INTERNET ACCESS

Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided in all hotel guest rooms as well as the main lobby area. Connection information is available at the front desk. No Wi-Fi access is available in the conference area.

PARKING

Free parking is provided in the hotel parking garage. Please note that the garage can only accommodate vehicles 6’ 8” in height or less. Street parking is available nearby for taller vehicles.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Tulsa International Airport (TUL). Arrangements can be made at the front desk.
