LEAD 2013 National Conference

The 2013 National Royal Rangers LEAD Conference was a great success.  With over 300 organizational leaders from across the country participating, this strategic event provided the latest information and updates from the national Royal Rangers team.

This year’s conference featured the latest version of the Johnnie Barnes Excellence in Leadership & Ministry Initiative (JBEI) seminar.  The JBEI is the primarily mechanism for training and equipping Royal Rangers organizational leaders for success in their areas of responsibility.  An all-new Organizational Leaders Notebook was included and used as the textbook for the seminar.

Rev. Alton Garrison, Assistant General Superintendent for the Assemblies of God, brought the morning devotions each day while Rev. Mark Entzminger, Executive Director of Children’s Ministries led the group in a Thursday night prayer vigil.
