The National LEAD Conference is an annual event for Royal Rangers organizational leaders where the latest program information and updates are announced and where organizational leaders participate in training and leadership development. Outpost leaders are welcome to attend as well. The event also provides many opportunities for leaders to connect with one another, share ideas, and enjoy being a part of the community of Royal Rangers leaders that makes this ministry possible.
The 2019 National Royal Rangers LEAD Conference will take place on March 14th – 16th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Conference Center in Dayton, Ohio. All Royal Rangers organizational leaders are encouraged to attend. Outpost leaders are welcome to attend as well.
Conference registration may be made online or by phone via AG Convention Services at (417) 862-2782, ext. 4052. Registration will open October 1st. Attendees who register before February 1st will receive a commemorative conference pin.
A non-refundable fee of $20.00 per person will be charged for all registration refund requests. All refunds must be requested in writing and must be received no later than the end of March. Send refund requests to Registration@ag.org.

All conference sessions and workshops will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Convention Center. This luxurious hotel is a 100% non-smoking property with complimentary wifi and free parking in a covered parking garage, a rooftop restaurant, fitness center, and complimentary area & airport shuttles. A complimentary breakfast for 2 people is included with each room reservation. Breakfast for additional individuals may be purchased for $5.00 each.
Complimentary parking is available in the hotel parking garage for all registered guests. Please note that the parking garage can accommodate vehicles no taller than 6’ 8” in height. Street parking is available nearby for vehicles taller than this limit.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in all rooms as well as the hotel lobby.
